In this episode I talk to Alexandra Felde. Alex knows from her own experience what it means to share spaces that do not fit your own needs and working styles, and how much we just resign ourselves to finding a solution that doesn’t 100% feel comfortable. At the same time, from her experience in the corporate world, she knows what’s out there – and just not used. So she founded a company to connect people who have the space to the people who need it – and to start a conversation about our potential to share.
And this is also what this conversation is all about. We take sharing from the transactional aspect more on a mindset level. We challenge old proprietary models and the idea of “being the best”. It was fascinating to see what we touched on when we are just looking into our ability and our openness to share.
